GameStop, an iconic brand founded in 1984, had fallen on hard times and was in need of drastic reformation in order to turnaround its bleak trajectory.


Over the course of a year we incentivized customers to return to GameStop by reducing friction points, rethinking rewards offerings and improved programs for trade-ins and product protection. using stores strategically and offering modern-day basket building opportunities via a new website and mobile app customer experience. Additionally, we stood up the Heuristic Uniform Design System (HUD) to accelerate delivery.
